What has happened to Arsenal over the past few years?

Stoke keeper Thomas Sorensen said it perfectly, "They lack spine" from Gallas crying on the pitch last year, to allowing to Tottenham to come back to losing to Fulham, Hull, and Stoke this year, Van Persie's horrible red card. They have almost no discipline, 74 red cards under Wenger. They have no leader, Gallas is a horrible captain, they have no heart, no player that when it's needed will stick his nose is and make a rough tackle when needed.
