How can I remove transmission parts stuck together with super strong silicone.?

If you get a thin spatula for removing paint chips you can put it between the plate and other surface and tap the handle with a hammer and get it to break free, work it around until it's loose on all sides and it will keep from damaging either surface, then you can reseal it with silicone again.
