My parent's won't back off my relationship!?

i'm 16 years old and my boyfriend is 17 years old. this is our 5 month in the relationship and ever since the first day he met them, they got a "bad vibe" from him and they won't lay off my back! my parents never let me see him and they say i cant see him every weekend! and we go to different schools so seeing eachother will be almost impossible and i go to my dad's house in a whole other side of the state! but my mom says wer're too "clingy" and we see eachother maybe once or twice a week... what the heck!!! my parents are over yzing this situation way to much and the only reason why is because he's sri lankan (but he looks more just like a tan american! he has no accent or anything! ok he looks a lot like sav from degri if you've ever seen that show) and he's not religious like my parents are. what should i do!!! i've already tried talking to them and they're still a no go for this relationship. they said i can only see him if he comes over to this house and sit in the basement and watch movies or else go out. and he's really starting to get really upset with this whole situtation and i love him so much!!!! but i'm tired of my parents ing into my relationships and fighting over them and it's driving me nuts! what other options do i have? rebel? fight more? just leave? emancipate? and i have to tell my mom wherever i go and she times how long it takes to get there and how long it takes to get home wherever i go so she will know if i go to his house or not....
