Girls i NEED help! Warning long question.?

ok well me and this girl became friends in a cl and i started to like her then we had to change cles but we have social studies together so we talked in there but then she and my friend asked who i liked and i lied to keep my secret. We have the same electives but on oppsite days and i got sent to the other one and she asked if she was bonita (pretty in spanish) and because i was trying to keep my feelings i said no to hide them. After them asking me who i liked i told my friend and then he asked her out for me without my premisson so then it was ockward to talk to her. But one night i could't keep them in any longer so i wrote a letter so when were in school (middle) i could give it to her but i was to shy in cl so i gave it to someone i trust to give it to her and then she seemed happy... About 2 weeks later i gave her my email so she could write me but she did't. And now i don't know what to do she did't say anything when my friend asked or in the letter i asked her......
