Penn State main campus language credits?

My high school only requires two foreign language credits and I have successfully completed those two credits. I really don't want to go on to take another cl but the school guidance counselor told me that if I want to get into Penn State main campus I'll need at least three years of a language. I was told to look into it and have been trying to for hours but can't find anything conclusive so can someone throw me a bone here? much appreciation.
