Deceitful partner?

I have had a nappy/diaper for years, and love to go to bed with one on and wet it. Over the years many GF's have had mixed reactions, most finding it discusting. When I met my new partner (a nurse) I deliberatly wet the bed one night, and told her that I had a medical issue, and usually wore a nappy to bed. She understood, suggesting that this was a good idea. Now I go to bed every night with my nappy on, and wet it most nights. She even lovingly washes my nappies for me, hangs them out to dry with my waterproof pants, and brings them in. My question is, have I been too deceiptful, should I have told her the truth.
