Windows media center problem, permission required???????///?

hi i was wondering what the hell does permission required on the windows media center i was trying to configure my xbox to set up windows media center but whenever i was done with setup key it kep on saying permission required and said the attempted action did not complete because permission was denied. can anybody help me how to solve that or take it out so i can watch movies thnx
