If it was 3:00 p.m. in BST Time, what time would it be in Eastern Time like here in New hampshire, U.S.?

I want to watch the Paraguay vs. Japan World Cup Game Tuesday (June. 29) next week. But it doesn't say what time it goes on here in New Hampshire but I know what channel its on. I just need the time so please, the answer to the question above, or if you know the time for my time zone?
