Well..with a budget of 7000-10000$..then you could get a custom made phone that's gold plated, diamond studded, and has your name all over it. Depends on what provider you want to go with but since Im with Verizon, I would suggest the LG Voyager or an enV if you can find it. Both are pretty loud.
