PRS SE vs. Paul Allender... the differences?

I played the Paul Allender SE model at Guitar center. It was pretty sweet, but I like the less personalized job they did with the Custom 24. Besides the Maple Veneer, the color scheme, and the pickups, are there any significant differences between the PRS SE Custom 24 or the PRS SE Custom Paul Allender?
