I want to start my own bathing suit line, where do I start?

okay so... I have a large chest and I am a pretty small/normal sized girl. And for years I have not been able to find one bathing suit that fits my chest and covers my enough! And now that I am starting to look around more, I am only able to find bathing suits that cost so much more than I can afford. I recently had the idea that I should design my own and make a line of bathing suits that are not only cute and will keep girls who have DDs covered but that will also be affordable! But of course, I have no idea how to get started? How would I get noticed....I have no idea what I would need to do...any ideas? thanks!
