I need to get away from my house- but I am only 16?

My family life is absolute hell. My friends are being neglectful and into their own thing right now or off on vacation. My dad has cut off all of his family from me as leverage to have a relationship with him again (I live at my moms house and he is extremely abusive). I don't know my moms family at all. I have no idea what to do, but I NEED to get out of here, I am going insane. What can I do? I feel so hopeless...
