Can someone help plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz?

i need to write a followup letter to people who attended a christian concert that we had in a college. it has to be general without mentioning the church etc, any pointers? also need another one for the ones who came forward and accepted jesus. pls help. i need this to be done by thursday. thanks.
